I’ve been getting a lot of questions and requests about my workout, nutrition and lifestyle! I love it!!!! Im always open to talk about what has me feeling so great from day to day! I can remember 5 years ago relying solely on my very active lifestyle to stay looking good! My diet consisted of taco bell and hot wings, drinking a lot and late night soak up the alcohol food! I didn’t really care about how I would feel in 20 years or what I was doing to my body! Then I got pregnant! It was something I wasn’t planning and although it was with someone I am still very close to today I did not need another child I already had my son who was 4 or 5 at the time! So after going to the Dr we learned I was carrying twins. Twins, wow that’s intense!!! I decided this was a blessing and I wanted to keep them how could I not! Within 2 months I looked 4 months and by the time I was three months I was huge and already showing like I was 6months it seemed! Soon after I started having complications and I lost one…. then the other. I was completely depressed loosing two babies and my body. This is when I decided to join a gym and start exercising. In the beginning it was a hassle and I hated it. I didn’t know what I was doing on the machines and I had no motivation. Then one day something triggered. LIke a light switch came on. Slowly I started to evolve. I started to loose my newly gained baby weight and realized in the process all my stress for the day would disappear with my workouts. 5 years later I’m in the best shape ever and I love to exercise. You can’t change yourself overnight its a process. If you try and cheat the process you will fail. You have to evolve as a person and want to be healthier. I’m not on a diet its just a way of life for me. I eat bad stuff too I just do it in moderation. I am excited to be able to help more and more people realize and grow into a healthier them. First step is to decide you want to change and to be determined to do so. The high road is always the hardest… but once you get going it’s not a bad way to go at all!
I am officially a health coach!!! So I’m ready to let the cat out of the bag on what I have been taking to help me on my way to good health! My friend Brian has been telling me to get on Herbal life for the past year and I have always been like yeah yeah yeah Brian what ever. About 2 months ago I hired a trainer to help me learn some new things in the gym. I reached a place where my body wasn’t changing anymore and I no longer was “feeling it” after my workouts. So the trainer taught me a few things and that was that but I can’t afford to have someone work me out continuously when I pretty much know what to do already. So I decided what the hell I’ll give Herbal Life a shot. I allowed Brian to put me on a nutrition program that was right for me. Six weeks later and I’m all in Not only do I believe it works and will now use the products regularly but I also became a health coach so I can help spread the word. I really like what it has done for my body so far and how it makes me feel. I am also excited to see how I will look by this summer. Can’t wait to rock my bikini!! For those who have been following me for a while know how dedicated I am to staying in shape and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Before taking Herbal life I hadn’t lost a pound in over a year and a half and since I’ve been taking it I have lost 4 lbs. The proof is in my body and the visual changes you can see. I am excited to share this with everyone in hopes you too will give it a try and work your way to looking and feeling exactly how you want. This is just the start!!! I will take loads of pictures this weekend in Vegas showing off how sexy my body is. Defiantly sharing those with you when I get back! If your interested in working with me on a healthier lifestyle for yourself I would love to be your health coach and be your motivation to a better you. If interested contact me email@example.com and we will set something up that will work best for you. I have tried lots of different foods and shakes to do what only herbal life has been able to do. Lately I have been seeing the change in my body I have been trying so hard the last year to obtain. I think the difference comes from a number of things I have been doing different recently. First and foremost consistency, consistency, consistency!! You have to want to change. Results don’t come from the “comfortable” way of life. For me I am already in the mindset to try to exercise a healthier way of life. So I’m not “on a diet” but I consistently try and make smart eating choices and eat small portions. That doesn’t mean I never indulge, just not every time I have the desire. So what I have recently started doing was watching when I eat my carbs along with the amount. In the past I have always been carb conscious (so I thought) but that would mean sometimes I wouldn’t eat any all day then at night I’d eat something like pasta or pizza and then a few hours later I go to sleep. What would happen is I would get up in the morning feeling heavy and slow and my workouts weren’t as “great” as the should be. I would go every day and my body wasn’t really changing anymore. So I stopped eating carbs past 5pm period! If I want some pasta or what ever it was for the day then I will eat it early . With in a week I could feel the difference and with in two weeks I wasn’t only feeling it I was seeing it. So I also changed the whole way I work out. I am a huge fan of spin class I looooove that burn!!! So a friend of mine who’s a trainer told me I shouldn’t do spin its building more muscle and making my legs more and more bulky. It made sense to me because my legs are very strong, I go really hard in spin and my pants are getting tighter. So I stopped. I started running and jump roping everyday. I also haven’t been concentrating on weights as much but time. For example I will do squats with little or no weight and I’ll do them for a min straight or 2 min without stopping. Then do another exercise for a certain amount of time. I also started taking Herbalife. It’s a whole line of products from meal replacement shakes to protein vitamins and all other kinds of stuff to help performance. I want to learn more about it before I really start promoting it but so far I like what it has done for me. Check out this Vid of me doing squats I know you guys have been wanting to see so here you go enjoy
I know I have been speaking of my pay site http://www.MsAustinTaylor.com for a long time and you are still waiting to see it! Although I have been shooting content for it for the past 2 years I have had some bumps in the road. To fill you in on what’s going on with it let me start by saying when it eventually will be a great site with lots to offer my fans! The reason is hasn’t launched yet is because I have made some poor choices on who will help me run it! I don’t want to end up with a site I have no control over and I feel like I’m being pimped by a webmaster! Maybe my theory is wrong maybe it’s right but it’s the decisions I have made! It actually is in a good place now it’s been fully redesigned (I was very unhappy with the 1st design) I am just finalizing a few things and hope to have it up by the end of the year! If you have any questions, comments, info Ect you would like to share feel free to leave a comment or send me an email! Xoxo Austin
So after traveling so much I haven’t had a chance to go to the gym everyday. It’s very challenging to maintain the level of exercise I feel good about doing when I’m in a different city almost everyday. This is why when I’m home in LA I stay so focused and on top of my workout! So I think the last time I got it in as I like to say was about 5 days ago when I was in NYC. Today I started by stretching in the sauna. It’s important to warm up your muscles especially if you haven’t been exercising! You won’t be as sore if you stretch! So then I hit the treadmill and ran for about 40min. When I run I like to switch it up so I don’t get bored! I start off with a fast jog and then into a nice fast pace and then every couple min I’ll sprint for 60seconds then back down to a run and only when I feel like I want to stop to I bring it back down to a jog then when I catch my breathe back up I go to a run! Never stop! That’s my motto! Back off some but just don’t completely stop! So after my run I did some very light weight just because I haven’t lifted since I left LA! 100squats 50 lunges on each leg power clings and calf raises! I did a light ab workout I should have did a little more but it was time to shower before massage! Enjoy the pics and hope your motivated to workout too!
